PERMANENT ANCHOR TRACK™ SYSTEMS
INVERTED-L
Rigid Lifelines® Inverted-L Anchor Track™ System provides fall protection to workers who need to access the tops of vehicles, railcars, and structures. Perfect for the transportation industry, this system utilizes concrete foundations to cover long spans. By offering custom cantilevers or support structures, this system provides an easy and reliable way for workers to protect themselves while working at height.
Inverted-L Anchor Track System
Wide flange steel columns with gusset reinforcements hold cantilevered headers from which the track(s) hangs. Each frame consists of a freestanding column topped with a header that forms the L.
Features
IMPORTANT NOTE: Our systems are designed for maximum person weight, plus tools, to be 310 pounds when used with 1350 maximum average arresting force (MAAF) energy absorbing self-retracting lanyards. Custom systems are available for heavier workers up to 420 pounds; please inquire with our technical sales team for more information.
- Each frame consists of a freestanding column topped with a header
- Standard arm reach distances between six and 12 feet (custom distances available)
- Requires concrete foundations
- Quick and simple field assembly with bolt-together components — no welding required
- Anchor Trolley™ comes standard
- The internally tapered track self-centers trolleys and end trucks, so rolling movement is smooth, quiet, and highly ergonomic
- Standard trolley-hook height is 22 feet (custom heights available)
- Column spacing distances up to 50 feet
- System can support one to four workers (higher capacities available upon request)
- Enclosed track design decreases the possibility of dirt or dust build-up interfering with trolley travel
- Meets or exceeds OSHA and ANSI standards

- Custom heights, spans, cantilever design, and support structures
- Single, dual, or multiple tracks for use by one, two, or multiple users
- Intermediate bumpers can be used to limit trolley travel between the factory-installed end stops for any reason
- Curved track accommodates almost any degree curve
- Any color paint, epoxy coatings, or galvanized finish
