Stainless Steel Series - 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1" I.D.
Stainless steel hose reels will increase the life of expensive chemical fluid transfer and wash down hoses. By properly storing hose when not in use, occupational safety will improve by eliminating the tripping hazard of unstored hose and sanitation will improve.
Stainless steel hose reels are ideal for food processing, pre-rinse, wash down, chemical transfer and industrial solvent handling. Also suitable for coastal, offshore onboard ship in marine applications where the harsh environment of salt water spray requires the use of stainless steel hose reels. Swivels include Viton® "O" rings. Buna seals are available for water applications by adding a -B at the end of the model number.
Manual Crank Reels Note: The Series HS models include aluminum hubs and bronze bushings.

Adjustable hose bumpers are solid molded rubber assuring a long life and nonslip grip. Hose bumpers allow the desired length of hose to be permanently stored outside the reel. A flexible hose connection must be used between the hose reel inlet and the source of supply to prevent possible misalignment and binding or warranty is void. The inlet size of reel series 4000 O, 5000 O and 5000 E is 3/8" (9.5 mm) NPTF (F), 7000 O & 7000 E is 1/2" (12.7 mm) NPTF (F), D8000 O and D8000 E is 1/2" (12.7 mm) NPTF (F) depending on hose size. Please furnish the following infor- mation when ordering: Part number-product and pressure to be handled. Other sizes available as well.
