ER Single Speed Hoist with Hook Suspension

The Harrington ER010S-10 is a 1 ton single speed electric chain hoist with hook suspension and a 10 ft standard lift. A 2.4 HP three phase motor (208-230/460V, 60 Hz; 8.6 A at 230V, 4.2 A at 460V) lifts at 28 ft/min on a single fall of 7.7 mm Grade 80 nickel-plated load chain. Headroom is 16.9 in., net weight is 119 lbs, and each additional foot of lift adds 0.89 lbs.

As an ER series hoist, it has a friction clutch with a secondary mechanical load brake. Standard features include "The Guardian" smart brake with a 10-year hoist brake warranty, low-profile upper and lower limit switches, a count hour meter, thermal motor protection, a notched hook with latch, and a 2-button pendant with 110V control. It is rated for a 60-minute duty cycle (ASME H4), listed to UL 1340, and rated NEMA 4/IP55 with an IP65 pendant. With a canvas chain container, lifts up to 50 ft are supported.
