Units have a factory setting which prevents

pacity, This is adjustable downward by the
operator if a lower limit is desired.

They move as fast or as slow as the operator chooses to move.
They are ideal for applications that require high speed at some
points in the cycle and slow, precise movements at other points.
PRECISION PLACEMENT
G-Force and Easy Arm feature float mode which allows the
operator to use the part itself for precise orientation and
placement of the load. With speeds of less than 1 foot per
min the operator is able to control and finesse expensive
or fragile parts.

prevent the unit from moving if the load is suddenly dropped reducing the

FORCE SENSING
HANDLES FOR G-FORCE®
AND EASY ARM®
The Force Sensing Handles offer versatility in ergonomic lifting. Compared
to standard slide handles, which use displacement of the handle to initiate upward
or downward motion, this design senses force applied without any handle motion.
This creates a versatile option for tooling, or elongated handles that perfectly serve
applications with a wide range of motion.

Mounting hardware
The Under Hung Easy Arm® is designed to be mounted to
a platform using eight (8) M16 x 2.0mm pitch hex head
cap screws and lockwashers. The fastener length should
allow for the lockwasher thickness, the mounting plate
thickness, and a minimum of one inch insertion into the
tapped holes of the Easy Arm®. A class 10.9 fastener (or
better) is required.

Foundation Notes:
• When mounting the Free Standing Easy Arm®, the baseplate must have the following clearance from walls, expansion joints and
any cracks in the floor:
- 165# capacity units with a 6’ or 8’ span require a 48 square inch area around the baseplate
- 165# capacity units with a 10’ or larger span and 330# capacity units up to a 10’ span require a 60 square inch area
around the baseplate - 330# capacity units with a 10’ or larger span and all 660# capacity units require a 72 square inch area around the base
plate - All 165# and 330# units and 660# units with spans less than 9.5’ must be mounted to a 6” reinforced concrete floor based on 3000
psi concrete pressure and soil pressure or 2500 psf - 660# units with 9.5’ to 10’ spans must be mounted to an 8” reinforced concrete floor based on 3000 psi concrete pressure and soil
pressure of 2500 psf - 660# units with spans greater than 10’ must be mounted to a reinforced concrete floor based on 3000 psi concrete pressure and

• The Free Standing Easy Arm® has the following rotation limits:
- The Primary Arm of 165# capacity units has a rotation limit of 335 degrees
- The Primary Arm of 330# capacity units has a rotation limit of 345 degrees
- The Primary Arm of 660# capacity units has a rotation limit of 340 degrees
- The Secondary Arm of 165# and 330# capacity units has a rotation limit of 325 degrees
- The Secondary Arm of 660# capacity units has a rotation limit of 310 degrees
• The Under Hung Easy Arm® has the following rotation limits:
