The Easy Arm Intelligent Lifting Arm is a combination of our G-Force lifting device and an articulating jib crane. The G-Force VSeries, cutting edge Velocity Controls platform is the latest advancement in servo lifting. This technology combined with the units proprietary design delivers ultimate stability and responsiveness to seamlessly mimic the users natural movement filling the void between traditional lifting devices and completely automated robotic solutions.

The G-Force® VSeries is available in two models, the Vi and the ViPlus which feature the new Velocity Control Platform.
The Vi has velocity controls with features that fit the needs of most applications and ViPlus offers more configurable I/O points at the handle and in the actuator.

FORCE SENSING  
HANDLES FOR G-FORCE® 
AND EASY ARM®

The Force Sensing Handles offer versatility in ergonomic lifting. Compared 
to standard slide handles, which use displacement of the handle to initiate upward 
or downward motion, this design senses force applied without any handle motion. 
This creates a versatile option for tooling, or elongated handles that perfectly serve 
applications with a wide range of motion.

SOFT TOUCH CONTROL HANDLES

Use our Soft Touch Control Handles to control any air or electric powered equipment, such as end-effector tooling for
the G-Force® or Easy Arm®. A common handle base for air or electric applications gives you design commonality and
flexibility, whether your application requires air valves for direct control of end tooling, or electric switches to activate
your G-Force® or Easy Arm® inputs.

Not Included:
Mounting hardware

The Under Hung Easy Arm® is designed to be mounted to 
a platform using eight (8) M16 x 2.0mm pitch hex head 
cap screws and lockwashers. The fastener length should 
allow for the lockwasher thickness, the mounting plate 
thickness, and a minimum of one inch insertion into the 
tapped holes of the Easy Arm®. A class 10.9 fastener (or 
better) is required.

Handle Brackets

Remote Mount Handle Clamp Collars

Collar clamp mounting plate used to secure G-Force® remote mount slide handle 
(with optional remote mount handle bracket not included) or remote mount pendant 
handle to tooling frames constructed of round tube.

Latch Hook

In applications where the operator is required to open the safety latch to release the
load, the latch hook option may create a finger-crushing hazard. When the operator
is required to open the safety latch with the IAD turned on, the latch assembly may be
removed to avoid finger-crushing.

Can be ordered separately from IAD using part number 74400 at a price of $225.
