The Model G is ideal for deheading a high to moderate
volume of full and empty 30-55 gallon steel drums up to
20 gauge construction. Empty drums, once deheaded,
are ideal for use as storage, shipping, or utility containers.
The Model G also easily removes the tops and bottoms
of steel drums to facilitate their disposal.
The Model G self-propelled drum deheaders (available
in air, automatic air and electric power) can be easily
converted to an outside cut. A quick and simple change
of a few components allows you to use this one of a
kind tool for all your drum deheading needs. |

Inside chime cut models are ideal for general
industrial use; where a USDA approved cutting
method is not required, and drums will not necessarily
be crushed or reconditioned after deheading. Chimes
are left as strong as possible for future drum re-use.
Remove the top or bottom lid of an empty or filled
30-55 gallon steel drum. |

How They Work
Inside chime cut models cut through the first layer of steel
on the inside of the drum chime. Once cut, the drum lid
can be removed by hand. (A rubber mallet and safety
gloves are recommended for this purpose). |

Unique high powered outside shell cut drum deheader,
designed exclusively for high volume drum disposal (50+
drums per week). Air, electric, and Automatic air models
available. Cuts on outside of drum shell removing chime
and head for easy, and safe disposal. Ideal for clean up
projects and container management. Works on all 30-55
gallon steel drums. Can remove tops and bottoms in less
than 2 minutes. "J" series units can be converted to inside
chime or outside chime cutting style with available
conversion kits.

How They Work
Outside shell cut models cut through
