CONSTRUCTION MAN BASKETS



Our Construction Man Baskets are designed to lift personnel in the air with a telehandler.				Features:

Built to meet OSHA and ANSI Standards regarding construction work platforms, the construction man basket features a replaceable traction grit plywood floor, 42" high tubular sides, 2 side latching doors, 4" high kick plate and provisions for a safety harness hook-up. Full-length fork pockets provide added safety and strength to the construction man basket. Pin locks secure the man basket to the telehandler. Each construction man basket ships in a collapsed state to save significantly in shipping costs. 12 bolts and 15 minutes later, it is ready to use. All safety baskets are painted yellow for high visibility.

Assembly Instructions
Model MBN-9048

Step 1			Step 5

	Remove all packaging and inspect for damage.
					Open Right Side Rail.


Step 2			Step 6

	Find hardware bag containing (4) 3/8" x 3.5" bolts and (8) 3/8" x 2" bolts and lock nuts. 9/16" wrench needed.
					Open Left Side Rail.


Step 3		Step 7

				Bolt end rails to pocket sockets using (8) 3/8" x 2" bolts and lock nuts.
	Place end rail into sockets.


Step 4				Step 8


	Place opposite end rail into sockets.

		Step 9

			Once all bolts are tightened using 9/16" socket or wrench, inspect basket for complete assembly before using.
