Designed
to expand, contract and move easily, the NestaFlex 226 is a
self
tracking, gravity skate wheel conveyor that has a per linear
foot capacity
of 226 pounds. This unit is engineered to handle multi-sized
cartons in
low to medium volume applications. |

The
all-steel construction provides unmatched structural integrity,
whether
the conveyor is extended, compacted or configured in simple

efficient flow. Proper axle centers are determined

wheels) should be under a carton at all times. |

Provides
a section of conveyor with multi-directional skate wheels that
helps the
operator to manually sort packages by changing the direction
of package flow while
keeping the flexibility of the conveyors. It is designed to
connect with flexible gravity
and power conveyors using couplers. It can also be used with
three or four
conveyors. Using three conveyors requires the T-Junction to
have a backstop to
assist the operator with choosing the direction of package flow.
Without the back-
stop, four conveyors can be attached allowing package to flow
in any direction the
operator chooses. |
