The carport package provides an
economical canopy-type shelter
for smoking shelters, autos, boats,
RV's and other outdoor equipment
the consumer needs to store under
cover and out of direct exposure
to the elements. And, the consumer
can select their canopy color from
nine available colors. The following
summarizes features of our original
standard Classic Series carports
and shelters.

FEATURES:
|
|
 |
|
• Features horizontal roof panels with a "rounded" look
at the eaves.
• Primary framing utilizes 2" x 3" heavy-gauge, galvanized
and polymer-coated steel tubing with increased rust resistance. 2" x 2" steel tubing is used in the interior truss
bracing required for some 18' W and 20' W carports,
and all 24' W and 30' W units.
• Minimum frame length begins at 18' and, with 4.5' on-
center truss spacing, can be extended in 4.5' increments.
Roof coverage length will be 2' longer (1' on each end)
than the frame length.
• Standard carport canopy package includes 29-gauge
premium painted steel sheet metal panels and painted
self-drilling screws for horizontal sheet metal appli-
cation. White vinyl "push-on" edge trim is also
included.
• Standard carport kits provide at least 12"-15" of
coverage down the eave side of the frame and
varies depending on the width of the carport.

Additional Side Sheet Metal Panels -
A customer may request additional side sheet metal
panels for increased side canopy coverage or to
fully cover both sides. A description of any addi-
tional sheet metal panels must be indicated in the
order, such as "additional Sheet Metal Panels -
2 Extra Rows Each Side". |

White is the standard package sheet metal color, but
eight (8) additional sheet metal colors are available
through Special Orders and must be clearly indicated
at the time of order placement. |

STANDARD PACKAGE CONTENTS
|
|
|
|
• All framing components and self-drilling screws
required to construct the basic frame.
• Ground stake anchors necessary to anchor the
structure to level ground (Concrete anchors not
included).
• Corrugated 29-gauge sheet metal and gasketed self-
drilling screws needed for installation of horizontal or
vertical roofing panels.
• Butyl caulk tape and trim package.
• Comprehensive step-by-step assembly instructions. |

Carport frame and sheet metal packages are bundled
together on 1-3 pallets depending on the size of the
structure. A single pallet is typically 120"W x 40"D x
16"-24"H and weighs approximately 1,000 lbs. or less.
Multiple pallets are labeled accordingly. |
|
|
|
| Complete carport pallets - including both frame components and sheet metal panels - are shipped freight prepaid. |
|
|
|

• "Slip-Fit" design dramatically simplifies the installation process.
This patented "swaged" manufacturing technique combines ease
of assembly with the strength and durability of steel. Our use of a
mandrel bending system results in a cleaner look and a stronger
bend transition. |

|
|
|
• We use heavy-duty 2" x 3" rectangular and 2" x 2" square gal-
vanized steel tubing with guaranteed minimum yield strength of
50,000 PSI. Triple layer protection provides a smooth, shiny
solution that resists rust longer than any pre-galvanized or elec-
troplated tubing product - in addition to termite and rot resistance. |
